1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for handmade canvas tote bags under the following conditions:

  • The product received does not match the order (wrong model or item).

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing issues (e.g., stitching errors, broken handles).

  • The product remains unused, unwashed, and in original condition with intact packaging and tags.

  • The return request is made within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

  • Return must be conducted during official working hours.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • You change your mind about the color, model, or type without prior notice before shipment.

  • You damage the product yourself (e.g., tearing, staining, heavy wear).

  • The item has been signed for without any damage report, and return is requested later for visual defects.

  • The item belongs to a custom-made or non-returnable collection (clearly informed at purchase).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will verify the case and confirm return eligibility.

  3. Upon confirmation, you may ship the item back. We recommend using tracked shipping.

  4. We will process the return and either send a replacement or refund as agreed.

Note: Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the return is due to our error.
