2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

You damage the product yourself (e.g., tearing, staining, heavy wear).

The item has been signed for without any damage report, and return is requested later for visual defects.

The item belongs to a custom-made or non-returnable collection (clearly informed at purchase).
