If your order has the wrong or missing item(s), vaimaytay.com will verify and resend the correct/missing product within 24 working hours after your report.

b. Product quality issues
If the item is defective (e.g., torn, loose stitching, incorrect design), we will offer a refund or replacement upon verification.
